The RMDA's 5th Annual OPS BOOTCAMP is coming soon to New Orleans! Come join us on September 13th in the Crescent City at the Staybridge Suites in the New Orleans central business district.

We began conducting these midyear conferences in 2011 to give RDS owners and their key operations folks a chance to get together and zero in on critical operations issues. Our agenda this year, as it has been in the past, focuses on topics that are of concern to GM's, Managers, Dispatchers and CSR's as well as RDS business owners.  There will be presentations, discussions and interactives designed to engage and inspire as much as possible. Hear how one service shaved 10 minutes off of average order times, how others are serving corporate customers in unique ways that is making huge differences, and how some companies are maximizing driver scheduling using technology and innovative thinking. This is a huge PLUS PLUS for owners and ops folks and should be a priority for you for this September.
